Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to proivde quality treatment to all clients in a timely manner. No shows, late arrival and cancellations inconvience not only our therapists but clients who miss the opportunity to book in for a treatment.
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Cancellations between 24 hrs & 3 hrs will incur a fee of 50% of appt cost. Any cancellation less than 3 hours or no shows will incur 100% of appt cost. Payment is required before your next appointment
